Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new commercial clients throughout San Diego County
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and exceed sales targets
- Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly activity reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability is non-negotiable (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
