Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outside sales strategies for residential/commercial clients across Nashville and Illinois territories
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations at client locations and trade events
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service
- Exceed monthly sales targets while documenting activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Represent company at weekend industry events and community outreach programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience in outside sales or field sales role
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits
