Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads and outbound prospects to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Closely monitor sales targets and quotas, executing strategies to meet and exceed monthly goals.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and CRM software.
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor, ensuring an inviting environment for clients.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve sales processes and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in using computers, tablets, and CRM platforms.
