Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify enterprise clients through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present and demo SaaS solutions to C-level decision-makers
- Negotiate and close complex deals with average contract value of $50k+
- Maintain detailed CRM records and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation strategies
- Attend weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through consistent follow-up
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS/software preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 9AM-6PM EST)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
