Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and key performance metrics
- Document all sales activities and pipeline updates in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with consultative selling approach
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
