Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and email campaigns
- Build rapport with prospects to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets using Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development sessions
- Represent company at quarterly industry events in Los Angeles
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-4pm)
- Self-motivated with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
