Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to exceed quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales pipeline and analyze performance metrics
- Present compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within established parameters
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 9AM-5PM)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- Flexibility to work weekends with occasional weekday availability
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales preferred
