Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads within the San Jose market and surrounding areas.
- Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present our solutions with confidence and professionalism.
- Manage and update the CRM system accurately to track all interactions and deal stages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage new campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to qualify for quarterly bonuses.
- Handle inbound inquiries promptly and redirect them to the appropriate sales channels when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunger for commission-based income.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and adjust to a flexible schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
