Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales inquiries during weekend shifts.
- Build rapport with potential clients and qualify leads to identify buying intent.
- Present products/services effectively and close sales to meet monthly quotas.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
