Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Present product demonstrations and explain pricing structures to customers.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies and scripts.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales data in the database.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales goals.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
