Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based selling
- Drive sales by proactively engaging customers and demonstrating product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
- Build client relationships through follow-up communications and loyalty program engagement
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise on new launches
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Philadelphia local with knowledge of local market trends preferred
