Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients in the automotive, manufacturing, and logistics sectors
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Track sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of Detroit metro area and regional business landscape
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
