Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets in Texas and Illinois
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients across assigned territories
- Present product/service solutions and negotiate contracts to close deals
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems and report weekly/monthly metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to identify leads and optimize sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales development programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 40-50% of time
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or technology products a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
