Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships and expand client territory across Detroit metro and Northern Ohio
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic prospecting and solution-based selling
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate complex contracts with enterprise clients
- Maintain accurate CRM data and conduct weekly pipeline reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with measurable results
- Strong B2B background in SaaS, manufacturing, or industrial solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to close high-value deals
- Willingness to travel 40-50% within Michigan and Ohio
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
