Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new commercial clients
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales highly desirable
