Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local business clients through in-person meetings and networking events
- Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting and market research
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and close sales agreements
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Represent the brand professionally at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven outside sales experience with B2B or B2C solutions
- Strong local market knowledge of Dallas/Fort Worth area
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Self-motivated with hunter mentality and resilience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
