Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through targeted outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement
- Present product solutions to enterprise clients via personalized demos and presentations
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, meeting and exceeding monthly quotas
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility for forecasting
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales methodologies
- Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and competitive insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with commission-based roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools
- Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and tailor solutions
- Self-motivated with resilience to handle rejection and maintain momentum
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
