Responsibilities
- Drive foot traffic and generate quality leads for our retail locations.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features/benefits clearly to customers.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize store performance and inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
