Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Qualify leads and present tailored solutions to SMB clients
- Manage full sales cycle from prospect to close using Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Exceed monthly revenue targets in high-growth SaaS vertical
- Document client interactions and maintain CRM hygiene
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Mastery of Salesforce and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
