Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ activity quotas
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline metrics and forecast accurately
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas (min $500K annually)
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and client feedback
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments with 30+ calls/day
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
