Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Build rapport with C-level decision-makers across diverse industries
- Present compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline analytics

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with deal sizes $10k-$50k
- Proven ability to thrive in KPI-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
