Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present complex product solutions to C-level decision-makers across diverse industries
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas with consistent pipeline generation
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and value propositions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales records and forecast reporting
- Develop deep expertise in our SaaS platform to address technical client objections
- Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen negotiation and closing skills
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strong analytical mindset to identify client pain points and align solutions
- Resilience to handle rejection and maintain high activity in competitive markets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Authorized to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship
