Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals via phone/video conferences
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
