Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering product questions and providing recommendations to drive sales.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling returns efficiently.
- Merchandise the sales floor to ensure high product visibility and an appealing store layout.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and store campaigns to boost foot traffic.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (10 kg) as needed.
