As a Local Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by connecting with local businesses and delivering high-value solutions. This is a direct hire role with a competitive commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads within the San Diego area through networking and research.
- Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products.
- Demos & Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close contracts to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities in the local area.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: Must be willing to travel locally within San Diego.
- Experience: Proven track record in outside sales or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong drive will be considered).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a hunger for success and high earnings.
