Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify and contact potential clients via cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate new business leads.
- Demonstrations: Present company products/services to prospective clients, showcasing value and solving their pain points.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and finalize sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and a hunger to succeed.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- License: Valid, clean driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy levels in a fast-paced environment.
