Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns.
- Manage a pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM effectively.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients via Zoom or phone.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with decision-makers to meet monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
