Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using Salesforce CRM.
- Present product demos and compelling value propositions to potential clients to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and meet monthly/quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Track sales activities and provide accurate forecasting to sales leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented sales environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
