Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and market research.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and video conferencing to present company solutions effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Participate in daily team huddles and sales training sessions.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
