Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and conduct product demonstrations via Zoom
- Manage full sales cycle from prospect to close using Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate CRM data
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and team training
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience selling SaaS or tech solutions
- Ability to work in Eastern Time Zone hours
