Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead contact to closing and account onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A self-motivated drive to succeed with a hunger for a high base + bonus income.
