Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses in Boston metro
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic territory management
- Present product solutions to decision-makers via in-person meetings
- Collaborate with day-team for seamless client handoffs
- Submit daily activity reports using CRM system
- Participate in quarterly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding quotas
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable with physical activity (walking/climbing stairs)
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
