Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to identify needs and recommend products/services that drive revenue.
- Meet Targets: Consistently hit daily and weekly sales goals to contribute to the store's success.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and informed.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to create a positive and energetic work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Drive: Self-motivated attitude with a desire to succeed and earn commission.
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
