Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients in the Indianapolis area.
- Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target markets and refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or telecommunications (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive nature, and a "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
