Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound calls to generate new sales leads.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to qualified prospects.
- Close sales deals and secure contracts in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track activity and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and target demographics.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales or customer service (Entry-level candidates with high drive are also considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn uncapped commissions.
- Ability to work the night shift schedule (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience is a plus.
