Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential customers door-to-door in Kansas City neighborhoods
- Present product demonstrations with enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Build relationships with local community members and small businesses
- Meet and exceed weekly sales targets through effective communication
- Submit daily activity reports and customer feedback
- Participate in weekend team training sessions
- Represent Urban Edge with professionalism and brand integrity
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old and enrolled in high school
- Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid Missouri driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting tools
- No prior sales experience required – we provide training!
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
