Responsibilities
- Engage with local residents and small businesses to demonstrate and sell our smart home devices
- Organize and execute weekend pop-up events at Fresno malls, parks, and community centers
- Maintain accurate sales records using our mobile CRM app
- Build relationships with school clubs and youth organizations for referral opportunities
- Attend weekly team training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques
- Represent Fresno Youth Ventures professionally at community events and school functions
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and currently enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Valid California driver's license with reliable personal vehicle
- Exceptional communication skills and approachable personality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic smartphone proficiency for CRM app usage
