Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations at local businesses and community events
- Build and maintain relationships with small business owners in designated Boston neighborhoods
- Meet/exceed weekly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills
- Document customer interactions and sales data using our mobile CRM system
- Participate in bi-weekly team training sessions to refine sales techniques
- Represent our eco-friendly product line at weekend pop-up events
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or equivalent program
