Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at local events, schools, and community hubs to promote our youth-focused product line
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations in dynamic outdoor environments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business partners and community organizers
- Track sales activities and customer feedback using our mobile CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop creative outreach strategies for teen audiences
- Represent company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all events
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or pursuing GED
- Exceptional communication skills and natural charisma
- Strong time management and reliability for flexible scheduling
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (if applicable)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- No prior sales experience required – training provided!
