Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using our CRM system
- Build rapport with clients through personalized email and phone communication
- Meet daily sales targets and performance metrics
- Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Collaborate with senior team members to refine sales strategies
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Represent YouthForward DC professionally across all communication channels
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school (16-18 years old)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Gmail, Google Docs)
- Availability for 15-20 hours/week after school hours
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Interest in sales, marketing, or customer service careers
- Reliable transportation to our downtown DC office
- Authorization to work in the United States
