Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 sustainability frameworks aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop circular economy models for product lifecycles
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging climate technologies and regulatory shifts
- Partner with R&D to integrate biodegradable materials and carbon-neutral processes
- Present futuristic sustainability scenarios to executive leadership and investors
- Drive employee engagement through gamified sustainability initiatives
- Measure impact using AI-powered ESG analytics and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Futurism
- 5+ years in corporate sustainability with measurable impact metrics
- Expertise in circular economy principles and carbon accounting frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex climate science into business strategy
- Certification in B Corp or LEED AP credentials preferred
- Experience with ESG reporting platforms (e.g., Persefoni, Watershed)
- Deep understanding of 2026 climate policy landscapes and emerging regulations
