Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and corporate ESG goals
- Analyze emerging climate technologies and circular economy models to identify scalable opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability across product lifecycle, supply chain, and operations
- Design and track KPIs for carbon neutrality, waste reduction, and renewable energy adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and industry coalitions
- Present sustainability frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation in sustainable materials and regenerative business practices
- Monitor regulatory trends and advocate for progressive sustainability policies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability strategy with measurable impact metrics
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi) and ESG reporting standards
- Proven track record leading cross-functional sustainability transformations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enablon)
- Certification in sustainability management (e.g., GRI, SASB) preferred
- Experience developing 5+ year sustainability roadmaps with executive buy-in
- Deep knowledge of circular economy principles and climate tech innovations
