Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Sustainability Roadmap with measurable KPIs for carbon neutrality and waste reduction
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy principles across product lifecycles
- Secure $5M+ in green financing and ESG grants to fund sustainability initiatives
- Establish stakeholder engagement frameworks with investors, regulators, and community partners
- Drive innovation in regenerative agriculture and supply chain decarbonization technologies
- Report on sustainability metrics using GRI and SASB standards while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
- Mentor junior sustainability specialists and champion DEI within environmental initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Business with 5+ years of ESG strategy experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing corporate sustainability roadmaps with quantifiable results
- Certification in GRI Standards, SASB, or similar ESG frameworks
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools (e.g., CDP, SBTi) and life cycle assessment methodologies
- Experience securing green financing and managing ESG grant portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for sustainability reporting
- Deep knowledge of circular economy principles and regenerative business models
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
