- Mentor sustainability officers across 15+ domestic and international facilities
- Champion DEI initiatives within sustainability teams and community engagement programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in sustainability leadership with proven 2030-vision strategy execution
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or MBA with ESG focus
- Expertise in GRI/SASB standards and emerging 2026 climate regulations
- Track record of reducing corporate carbon footprint by 30%+ in complex organizations
- Certification in LEED, SAI, or equivalent sustainability credential
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and marketing
