Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 net-zero targets
- Conduct carbon footprint audits and implement energy efficiency programs
- Lead cross-functional ESG reporting initiatives (GRI, SASB standards)
- Manage stakeholder engagement including investors, NGOs, and regulatory bodies
- Drive circular economy initiatives in procurement and waste management
- Mentor sustainability analysts and junior team members
- Monitor climate policy trends and adapt strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate sustainability with measurable impact metrics
- Expertise in ESG frameworks and carbon accounting tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSEP) or equivalent
- Proven experience managing cross-functional sustainability teams
- Advanced data analysis skills with sustainability dashboards
- Strong track record in stakeholder communication and change management
