Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 decarbonization strategy targeting 50% emissions reduction
- Architect circular economy frameworks for product lifecycle management
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating ESG metrics into core operations
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate-tech startups and research institutions
- Drive innovation in renewable energy adoption and resource efficiency
- Oversee sustainability reporting frameworks compliant with GRI and SASB standards
- Lead stakeholder engagement with investors, regulators, and community groups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate sustainability strategy or climate consulting
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale decarbonization initiatives
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (TCFD, GRI, SASB) and carbon accounting standards
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in sustainability dashboards
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or equivalent designation
- Experience developing 10-year sustainability roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
