Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 carbon neutrality targets
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB) and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Lead circular economy projects including waste reduction and supplier sustainability audits
- Drive employee engagement through sustainability training programs and green initiatives
- Manage carbon footprint analysis and offset strategy development
- Collaborate with R&D teams on sustainable product innovation
- Monitor regulatory compliance (SEC Climate Disclosure Rules, CDP) and emerging sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate sustainability management
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or ESG certification preferred
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools (GHG Protocol, CDP) and ESG software
- Proven track record of implementing successful sustainability programs
- Advanced data analysis skills with sustainability metrics
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholder communication
- Deep knowledge of emerging sustainability regulations and market trends
