Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026-ready sustainable tech roadmaps aligning with global climate goals
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $2M for carbon-negative innovations
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement circular economy transformation strategies
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos, COP summits, and industry disruptor forums
- Mentor a diverse team of 15+ engineers, designers, and sustainability scientists
- Drive patent portfolio growth with 15+ annual IP filings in green tech
- Oversee pilot programs for 3+ commercial-scale sustainability prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Sustainable Engineering or Environmental Science with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling carbon-neutral technologies to commercial viability
- Expertise in AI-driven climate modeling and predictive sustainability analytics
- Strong background in circular economy frameworks and lifecycle assessment
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in green tech
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) and Sustainability (LEED AP)
- Experience securing $5M+ in green innovation grants and venture capital
