- Direct cross-functional teams in agile product development and lifecycle analysis
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups and academic institutions
- Present innovations to C-suite and board stakeholders for resource allocation
- Drive corporate sustainability certifications and regulatory compliance
- Mentor senior sustainability engineers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Engineering, or MBA with sustainability focus
- 8+ years in sustainability leadership with 3+ years in executive roles
- Proven track record launching circular economy or carbon-neutral products
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB) and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced proficiency in lifecycle assessment tools and sustainability metrics
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for sustainability initiatives
- Strong public speaking and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep knowledge of 2026 sustainability tech trends (AI, blockchain, bio-materials)
