Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year horizon-scanning frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Create executive-level scenario-planning models quantifying disruptive impacts across industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight into product/service roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in top-tier business journals
- Adv Fortune 500 clients on innovation strategy and digital transformation execution
- Build and mentor a global team of futurist analysts and strategic consultants
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record developing horizon-scanning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in HBR, MIT Sloan, or equivalent
- Proficient in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience building and scaling foresight teams in high-growth environments
